Downgrade to Pro.

Want to downgrade from your current Premium subscription to Pro? You can downgrade when your current subscription year expires. To downgrade please contact our Customer Care department. We advise you to check carefully whether a downgrade will affect your webshop.

Before you downgrade

We are happy to inform you about the changes in your subscription when you choose to downgrade to the Pro subscription.

Limited number of products
From now on, you can sell a maximum of 2500 products in your store. Do you have more products? Then your store will remain closed until you have reduced the number to a maximum of 2500.

API connection
In the Pro subscription, you can no longer use the links you created via the API. This could potentially affect their operation.

CSS Editor
Unfortunately, you cannot use the CSS Editor, as it is part of the MyOnlineStore PREMIUM package only. Any changes made using the CSS Editor will be disabled and this feature will no longer be available in your admin panel.  

Filters
In the Pro subscription, you can set up to 4 filters that allow your customers to filter by product properties such as size or color.

Save for later
From now on, you can not use Save for later anymore. Your customers can not save products on a list.

Loyalty program
The loyalty program is no longer visible in your online store, provided you have not purchased the loyalty program separately from your Pro subscription. Customers can no longer access their loyalty points, please communicate this to your customers.

Review partners Kiyoh and Feedback Company
The integrations of Kiyoh and Feedback Company for showing reviews in your online store are no longer available in Grow..

Your Pro store features MyOnlineStore advertising, namely 'powered by MyOnlineStore’ in your footer.
