Downgrade to Grow.
Want to downgrade from your current Pro or Premium subscription to Grow? You can downgrade when your current subscription year expires. To downgrade please contact our Customer Care department. We advise you to check carefully whether a downgrade will affect your webshop.

Before you downgrade
We are happy to inform you about the changes in your subscription when you choose to downgrade to the Grow subscription.
Limited number of products
From now on, you can sell a maximum of 25 products in your store. Do you have more products? Then your store will remain closed until you have reduced the number to a maximum of 25.
Newsletters
The newsletter module is disabled in your GROW shop.
Limited design and item settings
From now on you will miss a number of item settings such as bulk actions, item variants and free fields. Your design options are also a lot more limited.
Filters
Your customers can no longer filter on product properties such as size or color.
Loyalty Program
The loyalty program is no longer visible in your online store. Customers can no longer access their loyalty points, please communicate this to your customers.
Selling B2B
From now on, you can only sell to individuals (B2C) and no longer to businesses (B2B).

Needless to say, our support team is always there to help! On working days between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., you can expect a reply within 24 hours.
When you downgrade from a Premium subscription to a Grow subscription, the changes below apply in addition to the above changes.
API connection (Premium feature)
In the Grow subscription, you can no longer use the links you created via the API. This could potentially affect their operation.
CSS Editor (Premium feature)
Unfortunately, you cannot use the CSS Editor, as it is part of the MyOnlineStore PREMIUM package only. Any changes made using the CSS Editor will be disabled and this feature will no longer be available in your admin panel.
Save for later (Premium feature)
From now on, you can not use Save for later anymore. Your customers can not save products on a list.
Review partners Kiyoh and Feedback Company (Premium feature)
The integrations of Kiyoh and Feedback Company for showing reviews in your online store are no longer available in Grow.
Advertising (Premium feature)
Your Grow store features MyOnlineStore advertising, namely 'powered by MyOnlineStore’ in your footer.
