The agreement is for one (1) year. If you wish to end the agreement after this year, you have to cancel this one (1) month before the end of the agreement per email or post. If the agreement is not cancelled, it will be extended for another year.

Support, hosting of one domain name, data traffic and a mailbox are included in our plan prices. We don’t ask for fees over orders.

If  you wish to change your domain name later on, there will be extra costs.

Invoicing for your plan will start on the day of registration and/or upgrade of your webshop. We always send invoices monthly (unless otherwise agreed). The next day at the latest, you will get the invoice per email. 

On your registration and/or upgrade, you can complete an authorization for direct debit. If you do not want to make use of direct debit, you will get an online payment link, which will be added to the invoice email.

Our customer care team offers free support for all customers (despite the type of plan). In addition, you have free access to the knowledge hub: Support & resources.

No doubt! Domains on our servers are automatically connected to our SSL-certificate. The safety of your webshop is a must for us.

No, we do not limit your data traffic. This is all included

As a webshop owner, you are an entrepreneur. From that moment on you must comply with the corresponding laws and regulations. As soon as you actually start selling something, you are usually required to register with the Chamber of Commerce and local tax authorities. This is not yet strictly necessary to create the shop itself. You can also leave your shop closed while starting up your business and only open up when your webshop is ready. That way you can start setting up your online shop.

If you already have a domain name, it is possible to move this one (.com / .net / .eu / .nl / .de / .be) to our server. This way, we can connect it to your webshop. Through this, all your current visitors will be able to visit your webshop right away. You will, of course, stay the owner of your domain. You can always choose to move your domain name to another hosting company, during your plan. 

To start moving your domain name to us, you will have to ask for a move code from the other hosting company. During the upgrade, you can fill in this code when choosing a domain. Are you a bit lost? Don’t mind contacting our Customer care team.
