Can I add a short description to my products?
If you want to make sure your product overview remains clear, you can add a short description to your products.
Setup
In order to inform your customers about a product efficiently, you can add a short description for each product. This description will be displayed in the product overview of your online store.
By default, the short description is created based on the product description. You can choose to use a different short description entirely. Edit the product you want to change the short description for. Click inside the ‘Short description (in product overview)’ field and change the description.
The short description will be displayed in the product overview when chosen for an overview with description and in search results. It’s best to use a short text that will convince a visitor to purchase the product, or provides them with sufficient information.
