How do I enter a domain name?

If you opt for a MyOnlineStore PRO or PREMIUM package, we will give you a domain name or transfer your existing domain name to our host.
During the registration/upgrade of your online store you can enter which domain you would like to register. We will start the registration / transfer process the following working day at the latest.
Choose a domain name
Once you have created your online store and entered your personal details, you can choose a domain name. Enter the domain name of your choice via Settings/Storedetails/Choose domain in the menu of your admin panel.
Not sure of your choice yet? No problem! Click on ‘Choose a domain name later’ and continue to manage and enjoy your online store.
Transfer a domain name
If you would like us to transfer your domain name, you will likely be asked to enter a transfer token, which you can request from your current host. You need to terminate the contract with your current host yourself.
Should you decide to choose a domain name at a later stage, while you still have an outstanding invoice, we may ask you to pay the balance first and then proceed to the registration/transfer of your domain name.
