How to use KiyOh

KiyOh allows you to automatically collect and publish reviews for your online store, which offers many advantages for your online store in terms of reliability, look and SEO.

Once your customers have placed an order, they will receive a KiyOh invitation via email. You can determine after how many days this email is sent, keeping in mind your delivery terms and timeframes. To do so, however, you need to open a KiyOh account.

  1. In the admin panel go to ‘Marketing/Review sites’ and click on the ‘KiyOh’ tab to enter your details.
  2. Then go to ‘Settings/Design/Layout’ to post the KiyOh widget. To change the colors of the widget, go to the KiyOh admin panel.

Through this integration you can also achieve ‘stars’ to go with your Google AdWords ads.
