If I request a new domain, who becomes its owner?

If you’ve opted for the MyOnlineStore PRO or PREMIUM package, you can request one domain for your online store free of charge. Once your application has been processed and your domain has been enabled, you will be its rightful owner.

The domain will be yours during the subscription term. Once the subscription has expired or been terminated, you can also remain the owner of the domain. All you need to do is request a ‘transfer code’ from us and move the domain to another host before the end of the subscription. Once the transfer process has started, the connection with your online store and mailbox will expire.
