Change the name of your online store

You can change the name of your online store in your admin panel, under ‘Settings/Store details/Description’.

Change your user name

You can also change your user name, which is not only the name you use to log in, but also what appears in the URL of stores which fall under the MyOnlineStore TRIAL package: [user_name].myonline.store 

To change your user name contact us and mention the old and new name of your online store.

Let op

Important remark
Your user name can only contain numbers, letters and a minus sign (-). Once you’ve changed your user name, you will need to re-insert the images you had on your website, because the old links will still refer to the old name. However, the product images do not need to be replaced.
