How do I terminate my MyOnlineStore PRO or PREMIUM subscription?

We are sorry to hear that you would like to terminate your subscription. Do tell us why you’ve made this decision, because your feedback will allow us to continuously improve our platform :)

How to terminate your subscription

If you are looking to close your PRO or PREMIUM store, you will need to inform us one month before the expiry of your subscription (at the latest).

How to terminate your subscription by email
To terminate your subscription please send us an email at with the email address you used to register your store with us. Go to the admin panel to manage the settings of this email address. Don’t forget to include the name of your online store in your message, as well as the reason for your termination.


Once we have received your termination request, we will let you know by email. Save this message carefully, as it is proof of your termination! If you haven’t received our acknowledgement within three working days, drop us a note or give us a call!

Important remark

If we don’t receive your termination request one month before the expiry of your subscription, it will be automatically renewed for one year, as agreed upon when signing.

Should you change your mind about terminating your subscription, we’d be more than happy to welcome you as a customer once again. Just let us know and we’ll sort things out for you!

On the day your subscription expires we will close your online store. Two weeks later we will delete it altogether.


If you’d like to keep your domain name, you can request your transfer token from us. Be sure to transfer your domain to another host timely. Once you start the transfer process, the integration with your online store and mailbox will expire.
