My shop has been closed because I forgot to pay an invoice. How can I reopen my shop?

When your shop has been closed because of an unpaid invoice you will receive an email about this. In this email is a payment link. Your shop will be reopened when we have received the payment. Usually this takes about 1-2 working days. When you want to reopen your shop sooner you can send us a proof of payment to email@example.com.
To avoid a situation like this in the future, we advise you to use the direct debit. You can give your authorization for this in the management environment at Store details / Billing.
